CFOC sponsors 3rd Parent-Child event at Rosemont Elementary-Middle School in Baltimore

According to Shelrae Hackey, Office Manager, 103 Fathers and Sons attended the breakfast-celebration at the school.  The students entertained the fathers and faculty with musical and oral dissertations.

CSU president, Reginald Avery, addressed the fathers and challenged them with an invitation to continue their education, at Coppin, which is located in the neighborhood, to fulfill their dreams of a better life for their children and themselves.

Rosemont is a Coppin State University-sponsored Charter School in western Baltimore.

CFOC is a participant in Strong Fathers, Strong Families; a pilot program conducted by the Maryland Department of Human Resources and sponsored by U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
